Two Rivers Coffee roasts, grinds, flavors, quality checks, and packs all coffee products internally. There is a level of attention that Two Rivers Coffee devotes to our coffee products that most others don’t, such as visiting the coffee farms we work with to meet the farmers and their families. This important aspect of our process provides insight into each type of bean that we roast and we get to experience first-hand the love & passion that each of the farmers put into their trade.

Sourcing

Two Rivers Coffee signature blends use beans from different farms to accomplish the perfect blends of flavors and aromas. Two Rivers Coffee sources and imports green coffee beans from Brazil, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, and Panama. From visiting coffee farms to ethically sourcing quality beans to developing full flavored roast profiles, to expertly roasting and efficiently packaging the finished product, our talented staff oversees our process every step of the way to ensure quality in every cup!

Roasting-

Each coffee bean has its own perfect degree of roast depending on its origin and growing environment. Our master roasters balance just the right amount of heat and air flow needed to bring out the bean’s full potential. With the benefit of having multiple size roasters, Two Rivers Coffee has the flexibility to produce both small and large premium roast batches. When done just right, the result is up with a flawless color, aroma, and taste consistently, batch after batch.

Flavor Masters-

With over 150 flavors, Two Rivers considers flavoring one of its core competencies. Our on-site laboratory is furnished with the latest quality control equipment. Taste, quality, formulation, and blend profile are all scrutinized for absolute perfection. Our numerous licensed product lines have made us experts in flavor matching. Just getting close isn’t good enough -the essence of the targeted flavors must be captured to provide an authentic experience
